Location: Wellingborough - fully office based

Hours: Monday to Friday

Start Date: Tuesday 7th April

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic recruitment team on a temporary basis.

Duties of a Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Providing an end-to-end recruitment service to hiring managers
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
  • Coordinating and booking interviews, managing diaries effectively
  • Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Supporting a managed recruitment inbox and phoneline
  • Creating offer documentation and supporting onboarding processes
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
  • Producing KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Supporting general administrative and recruitment tasks as required
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and code of conduct

What we would like from you:

  • Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using an ATS is advantageous
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A proactive and professional approach
