Role: PCB Assembler
Location: St Neots
Hours: (May vary)

Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

My client has been established for over 30 years and is steadily growing. They design and hand-build our audio products in-house, giving you the rare opportunity to see your work through from start to finish

You’ll be joining a small, friendly, family-run team where independence and pride in workmanship. There’s no micromanagement just quality-focused people who take ownership of what they build.

Duties of an Electronic Product / PCB Assembler:

  • Populating and assembling PCB boards
  • Soldering high-quality electronic components to a professional standard
  • Building audio units from scratch, including wiring looms and internal assembly
  • Working with metal chassis and mechanical assembly
  • Following job sheets and build documentation
  • Testing and inspecting your own work to ensure exceptional quality
  • Learning to build across the full product range over time

What we would like from you:

  • Strong soldering ability with a focus on neat, reliable work
  • Experience in electronic or PCB assembly (audio/electronics background desirable)
  • Good practical skills and confidence working with your hands
  • A methodical approach to assembly and attention to detail
  • Pride in workmanship and commitment to high standards
  • Self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn, be trained, and take on new challenges
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
