Machine Operative

We are looking for a flexible and adaptable Machine Operative to join our team in Letchworth.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, you will work across a variety of machines and processes depending on workload, as well as providing cover for holidays and sickness.

Not a fixed shift – flexibility required

• 6:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 8:00–16:00

Salary: £12.71- £13.75

Key Responsibilities for Machine Operative:

• Operate across multiple production machines and processes
• Support different areas of the operation based on business needs
• Assist with cover for absences and peak workloads
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures
• Work collaboratively within a flexible production team

About You

• Flexible and willing to work different shifts
• Positive, proactive, and reliable
• Able to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
• Experience in a similar production or print environment is beneficial but not essential
