The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established organisation based in Central Milton Keynes.

This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right person. You'll be joining a supportive, friendly team where you'll receive full training and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email

  • Maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for customers
  • Following company procedures and compliance requirements
