Duties of a Client Services Executive:
• Process client and intermediary requests accurately using internal systems
• Support new business administration, including onboarding new clients and processing changes to existing accounts
• Handle queries via phone, email and post, providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
• Manage incoming post, scanning and distributing to relevant teams
• Support with processing withdrawals, claims and returned mail
• Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, responding within agreed service levels
• Assist with payment processing, including direct debit and credit submissions
• Produce reports and provide administrative support to the wider team
• Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, to gather required information
• Ensure all processes are followed in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support the wider business with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we would like from you:
• Previous experience within an administrative or customer service role
• Confident handling customer queries via telephone and email
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
