Who You Will Be Working For

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Cutting and assembling chain components for industrial machinery

  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages

  • Completing required paperwork and quality records

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

  • Ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards

  • Following production instructions and specifications accurately

  • Working collaboratively with the team to support productivity

  • Conducting basic housekeeping duties


What We’re Looking For

To be considered for the role of Assembly Operative, you will need:

  • A strong eye for detail

  • The ability to read basic engineering drawings and follow instructions

  • Physical fitness, including the capability to carry out some heavy lifting

  • The ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines

  • A positive attitude and strong team-working skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills
