Role: Client Operations Manager

Location: Ashford, TW15

Hours: M - F

Salary: £50,000

Reporting to the Head of Client Operations, the role of Client Operations Manager is crucial to the success of retaining, growing and developing the business with the customer, setting the highest standards for the Client Operations team to follow.

What will you be doing in the role?

  • Continually assess team performance, process adherence, quality and compliance.
  • Identify performance related issues and initiate prompt remedial action where required.
  • Management of staff to always ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service is provided to our customers, meeting and excelling all quality targets.
  • Undertake staff performance reviews, setting objectives, identifying improvement areas and recommending training.
  • Regularly evaluate financial performance of accounts to identify sales and profitability fluctuations.
  • Work closely with Head of Client Operations to ensure all commercial and operational activity for the client is optimised.
  • Deputise for Head of Client Operations when required, ensuring a high level of attention and follow up is given to customer, financial and personnel related issues.

What we would like from you:

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple P&L accounts and budget forecasting
  • Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, disciplinary, etc. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer service management role.
  • Ability to build strong, cooperative working relationships with customers.
  • Full UK drivers licence essential
