Trainee Warehouse & Logistics Lead position available in the Cambridgeshire area.

OA Group are currently recruiting for a Trainee Warehouse & Logistics Lead to join our client, based in Cambridgeshire on a permanent basis. This is a great chance for a long-term opportunity with a growing business! The role involves commitment and motivation to learn on the job, developing to lead the remit of the Warehouse and logistics function effectively, driving excellence and always considering continuous improvement, whilst collaborating with all levels.

You will be working within a busy, hard-working and driven team.

Job Type:

Full-time contract studying for a Level 3 apprenticeship in Warehouse & Logistics

Working Hours :

8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Main requirements of a Trainee Warehouse & Logistics Lead 

• Excellent communication skills at all levels internally and externally both in email and in person
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects
• Warehouse, Logistics or staff leading experience needed
• Desire to develop a strong background in Warehouse and Logistics Management having an opportunity to study at college one day per week on a relevant Warehouse apprenticeship
