Import Administrator.

OA are recruiting for an Import Administrator to join our client’s highly successful and growing team.

Location: Enfield

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Office-based. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Salary: £28,000 annual bonus

Import Administrator Key Responsibilities

• Review sales data and manage reorders with both international and domestic suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Ensure all stock processes are adhered to in line with company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate stock information within SAGE 200.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating and liaising as needed.
• Analyse stock and market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with freight forwarding companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Import Administrator  Skills and Experience

• Possess strong Excel skills
• Experience of import procedures & Sage software beneficial
• Trustworthy and reliable team player
• Good level of numeracy
• Strong organisational ability
• The role might suit an individual with experience in any of the following positions: Inventory Controller / Merchandiser / Demand Planner / Imports Administrator
