Caretaker/Maintenance.

Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a facilities Operative for our client, an Industrial business based in Letchworth , on an on-going temporary basis.

Hours: Monday - Friday Day shift

Pay- £11.28 per hour

Duties of a facilities operative:

Day to day maintenance of the warehouse/ office area

Carrying out daily repairs

Good computer skills

Good organisational skills

Use of previous hand tools/ DIY experience

Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised

Personal specification of a facilities operative:

Previous experience of working as a facilities operative is required

Applicants must be able to undertake a physically demanding role

Applicants must be able to work under pressure

Applicants must have previous DIY/ hand tool experience
