We are currently supporting a well known retailer in the recruitment of Warehouse Staff at their Kettering Distribution site. They are looking to introduce enthusiastic, team focused Warehouse Operatives across all departments of the Distribution Centre, providing full and ongoing training, exceptional staff welfare support, an on going position, and the opportunity to be considered for a Permanent role.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Operative is responsible for a variety of areas, and full training will be provided. The role includes picking and packing orders, supporting the assembly team, assisting with unloading containers and maintaining the clean bright and safe working environment. This position requires strong organisation skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Picking orders and transferring to the assembly team
Assisting the assembly team in packing goods
Sealing packaging to the secure despatch of items
Assisting unloading within the goods in department
Maintaining a clean safe working environment
Any other duties as required

Salary: £11 - £13 per hour
