Yard Operative - Luton.

Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join our client based in Luton. This is a great chance for a long term opportunity with a reputable company and training is provided!

Hours: 05:30am - 4pm

Temporary- Permanent

Counterbalance Forklift Training is offered 

Pay: £10.42 per hour (holiday pay accrued)

Main duties of a Yard Operative:

• Manage the day to day moving of waste and re-cycling material
• Ensure yard processes are carried out safely and to the correct timescales and standards
• Ensuring all material returned to the site is sorted, services and stored nearly for re-use
• Manual labour duties as and when required
• Counterbalance Forklift License is desired, not essential

Personal specification of a Yard Operative:

• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Flexible approach with working hours
• Good attention to details
• Candidates must be willing to learn new skills
