Warehouse Operative.

Become part of our friendly team as a Picker / Packer (Warehouse Operative) in Booker Hatfield and support supply chain services. We offer assignment on temporary to permanent basis.

This is rotational work. One week you will work AM shifts (6:00 or 7:00AM start) and then PM shifts (14:00-22:00).

Salary:

£12.29 up to £18.04 per hour with overtime rates and performance bonus.

• Starting rate - **£12.29 per hour
• Hours worked after 18:00 are paid £14.74 and Sundays **£13.52
• Performance bonus - £0.80 – 2.10 per hour
• Overtime paid at basic x 1.5 (£16.31)

Contract type:

Temporary to Permanent via Hiring Agency. Guaranteed 5 working days a week (37.5 hours per week).

Department:

Ambient; you’ll be picking customer orders onto pallets. A process that requires you to be accurate and pay attention to details.

• Rotational shifts
• Days Shift – 06:00 to 14:00 or 07:00 to 15:00
• Afternoon Shift – 14:00 to 22:00
• 8 hours shifts, any 5 days out of 7
