Warehouse Operative.

Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer) on rotational rota. One week you will work AM shifts (6:00 or 7:00AM start to be agreed) and then PM shifts (14:00-22:00).

Salary:

£11.20 up to £16.39 per hour with overtime rates and performance bonus.

-Starting rate - £11.20 per hour
-Hours worked after 18:00 are paid £13.44 and Sundays £12.32
-Performance bonus - £0.80 – 2.10 per hour
-Performance based incentives available when targets are met
-Overtime paid at basic x 1.5 (£16.79)
-24 Hour Onsite Subsidized Canteen

About the role

Become part of our friendly team as a Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer) in Hatfield and support supply chain services. All positions are Full Time (37.5 hours per week) with immediate starts on temporary to permanent basis.

Contract type:

Temporary to Permanent via Hiring Agency. 37.5 hours per week. No cancellations!

Departments available:

Ambient; you’ll be picking customer orders onto pallets. A process that requires you to be accurate and pay attention to detail

- Rotational shifts
- Days Shift – 06:00 to 14:00 or 07:00 to 15:00
- Afternoon Shift – 14:00 to 22:00
- 8 hours shifts, any 5 days out of 7

Freezer; it'll be chilly, so we'll provide you with warm uniform. You’ll be responsible for picking frozen items onto pallets. A process that requires you to handle good with care.
- Rotational shifts
- Freezer allowance of £1.50 for every hour worked
- Days Shift – 06:00 to 14:00
- Afternoon Shift – 14:00 to 22:00
- 8 hours shifts, any 5 days out of 7
- Every hour, 10 minutes recovery break is incorporated
- Freezer premium for all hours worked - £1.50 per hour
