Osborne Appointments are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity to work as a Warehouse Manager on a Permanent basis, for a well-established client based in St.Albans
Permanent Full time Role
Salary £35,000 - £42,000
Working Hours:  Monday to Friday 9am-5pm depending on workload.

The role of warehouse manager requires an individual who can efficiently manage people, processes & systems. They will oversee the safe and smooth running of the warehouse & the warehouse team with regards to the management of the company’s supply chain, inventory and staff.

Responsibilities

• Efficient management of receipt and distribution of stock.
• Maintain & monitor accurate documentation of stock
• Oversee stock inventory, stock rotation and location checks at all three sites
• Meet health, safety and security standards and procedures in relation to both staff and equipment
• Enforce company rules and regulations
• New employee induction, manage staff, build teams, train employees, and monitor production performance
• Liaise with various internal departments including sales and purchasing
• Oversee and liaise with various external logistics companies to organise deliveries and dispatch operations
• Utilities and equipment management and maintenance

• Monitor and analyse logistic procedures and prices and develop strategies for improvement
