Transport Administrator - Immediate Start.

If so, OA are recruiting on behalf of our client in Welwyn Garden City, that are currently looking to recruit an experienced Transport Administrator to join team!

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, numbers and data driven individual that has a strong relationship with excel and data migration! You will be rewarded with excellent company benefits, join a well established organisation and a friendly working environment.

• Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm - 37.5 hour week
• £13.73 an hour, weekly pay

Transport Administrator– Key Responsibilities

• Third party administration with strong attention to detail
• Executing reports, invoicing, maintaining data and collating issues from internal and third party haulage reports driven by strong data analysis
• Responsible for debriefing the fleet of drivers and identifying any delivery anomalies to enter on failure reports
• Maintaining the Transport Departments timesheets and holiday planning

Transport Administrator - Key Skills Required:

• Previous experience working within Transport or similar position
• Strong administration background.
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal
• Ability to use excel is essential
• Time management and organisation skills.
