37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday

£10.77 - £11.80 an hour, paid weekly

Osborne Appointments are currently working on behalf of a client based near Hatfield that are looking to recruit a Stock Administrator to join the team. 

Our client is seeking an individual that is looking for a career and to grow with the business. They are offering full training for the right candidate, progression opportunities and to develop and grow current skillets. The ideal individual will have a great work ethic, willing to learn, strong communication skills and PC literate. 

Stock Administrator – Duties

• Check and ensure stock levels are monitored on the system.
• Co-ordination of physical stock-holding
• Control stock and develop systems to have it under control and monitored
• All required consumables and parts needed are monitored, creating a system to ensure levels do not diminish stopping production
• Coordinate and control container or other shipments of imported goods
• Investigate any stock discrepancies
• Organise labels for the stock
• Weekly stock reconciliation's and monthly stock takes
• Solve technical issues with the stock software.
• Monitor and report late deliveries

Stock Administrator - Skills

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Problem solver
• Available immediately
