Service Advisor - Immediate start.

If so, Osborne Appointments are recruiting on behalf of our Fleet Management client, who are looking for a strong Service Advisor with exceptional customer service skills and administration experience. 

• Salary: £10.58 per hour
• Hours: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm
• Permanent: Full time
• Temporary to permanent opportunity

Service Advisor - Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers
• Creating Estimates
• Raising Job Cards
• Preparing invoices
• Ordering parts
• Technician planning
• Liaising with technicians
• Ensuring daily objectives carried out
• Dealing with warranty claims

Service Advisor - Skill and Experience:

• Previous experience in a Service environment in the automotive industry (Desirable)
• Adaptable
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
• Smart and professional in appearance
• Ability to work as part of a team
