Location: Hertford

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday)

Our Hertford based client are looking for a Scheduler to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and effectively manage enquiries
  • Maintain client relationships to ensure retention
  • Process service requests with efficiency
  • Plan and oversee Field Service workload
  • Utilise automated software for data management
  • Assist in various billing processes
  • Implement new, efficiency-focused billing methods
  • Generate client performance reports
  • Occasionally engage in client visits
  • Integrate technology for service enhancement
  • Contribute to target-driven projects
  • Manage costs within budgetary constraints
  • Optimise stock levels and ensure compliance
  • Support Company initiatives in Client Services
  • Maintain and enhance reporting practices

Skills & Experience:

  • Solid understanding of Customer Service
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels
  • Proficiency in using IT skills, including company ERP systems for processing and logging requests
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other applications
  • Ability to follow processes successfully and deliver the required results
