Location: St Neots

Hours: Full time

Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience

I am looking for a sales support coordinator to support a sales team in St Neots. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, conducting pre-qualification calls and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. If you are enthusiastic with a positive attitude and attention to detail then we want to hear from you.

What will you be doing in the sales support role?

• Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
• Conduct pre-qualification calls to assess potential client needs and opportunities.
• Record lead information accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to help convert small opportunities into won business deals.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate the posting of product samples to potential clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and proactive approach to sales and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems. (knowledge of Hubspot would be an advantage)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player who is enthusiastic about contributing to the company's growth.
