Duties of a Sales Administrator:

  • Supporting the team in progressing matters from reservation through to legal completion
  • Liaising with solicitors and preparing legal documentation
  • Managing exchanges and agreeing completion dates
  • Providing general administrative support including letters, reports, spreadsheets, diary management and filing
  • Recording reservations, cancellations, exchanges and completions on internal systems
  • Maintaining accurate property and development details across internal systems and external portals
  • Producing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports for management
  • Coordinating information flow between departments
  • Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone, ensuring all details are logged accurately
  • Supporting with marketing materials and mailshots when required
  • Registering plots with relevant bodies and updating systems accordingly

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to work to a high standard
  • Confident dealing with customers and external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
