Are you ready for the next step in your career, looking for some progression and ability to build your own team? Or perhaps you have some recruiting experience?

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our office in Welwyn Garden City.

You will be placing candidates within the Hertfordshire area whilst building relationships with clients!

We have a really strong reputation in the area so we're looking for someone who is really hungry to develop and get stuck in with developing the desk and branch.

What you'll get up to as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Manage and nurture existing clients
  • Attracting and screening suitable candidates
  • Conduct new business calls to attract and win new business
  • Arrange and attend visits to existing and prospect clients
  • Generate leads from all possible sources including networking
  • Present prospect candidates to clients
  • Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market
  • Build and develop own market knowledge

As a Recruitment Consultant, we want you have...

  • A strong recruitment background but not essential!
  • Thrive in a target driven environment
  • Driven & Enthusiastic are musts!
  • Confidence in dealing with people
  • Communication skills are key!
  • You must be super comfortable with internal systems, Microsoft packages etc.
  • Excellent level of customer service (face to face, telephone and email)
  • Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
  • High attention to detail and excellent multi-tasker
