This desk already has a strong client and candidate base  so we’re looking for a driven, hungry and sales based individual to develop the desk even further therefore increasing your earning potential even more!

We're open to hearing from experienced and non-experienced recruiters - we offer a strong 10-week training plan to get you up to speed on all aspects of the recruitment process.

What you'll get up to as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Conduct new business calls to attract and win new business
• Arrange and attend visits to existing and prospect clients
• Generate leads from all possible sources including networking
• Present prospect candidates to clients
• Manage and nurture existing clients
• Attracting and screening suitable candidates
• Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market
• Build and develop own market knowledge

As a Recruitment Consultant, we want you have...

• A strong recruitment background but not essential!
• Thrive in a target driven environment
• Driven & Enthusiastic are musts!
• Confidence in dealing with people
• Communication skills are key!
• You must be super comfortable with internal systems, Microsoft packages etc.
• Excellent level of customer service (face to face, telephone and email)
• Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
• High attention to detail and excellent multi-tasker

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
