OA are working with a client based in Bedford who are looking for a Quality Analyst to join their team.

Job Purpose: Manage daily requests as part of a larger team and report directly to the Quality Assurance lead and operations team, being a pivotal part of the product team workflow.

Job details:

• Monday to Friday
• Permanent
• £20k - £24k per annum (depending on experience)
• Flexible working hours

Some Responsibilities for the Quality Analyst:

• Logging all relevant issues and request details
• Create/execute manual tests
• Constantly challenging the Status Quo to do things better
• Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders – Keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changed and incidents.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience within a Desk Analyst Role Desired.
• Outstanding organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies.
