Production Supervisor.

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to start at our client ASAP on a Temporary to Permanent basis - the Temporary assignment is around 2 weeks. 

Salary: £11.54 to £12.64 per hour dependent on experience (equates to £21,000 to £23,000 per annum based on 35 hour weeks) 

Location: Hemel Hempstead 

This role is vital within the company, you will be in the production department where there are a high volumnes of requirements & you will be responsible for overseeing production assistants, ensuring smooth operation of the line. 

Duties: 

• Implement Production Plan 
• Use of Mechanical Knowledge to troubleshoot/resolve issues
• Lead & Motivate the team of around 4-8 individuals 
• Quality Control 

Skills/Experience:

• Previous Experience within Production Role and/or Supervisor position within Production 
• Managing Team of 4-8 
• Available ASAP
