Production Operative.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client Oscar Mayer - leading food production supplier as a Production Operative on Wrexham Industrial Estate

Duties of production operative will include but are not limited to: 

• Working on the production line assembling products
• Cooking and/or preparing ingredients for sauces
• Packing of finished products
• Quality checking at all stages of production
• Ensuring correct product labelling
• Loading machines with raw ingredients
• Ensuring the work station is kept clean and tidy in line with food hygiene standards
• Assisting with the achievement of production targets
• Demonstrating the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistently operate to high standards of food quality and food safety
• Complying with company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene

Various shift patterns are available and we try to be as flexible as we can. Early shift, late shift, night shift, 4 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off, etc. 

Pay rates: 

From £9.50/ph for 8 hour shifts 

From £10.51/ph for 12 hour shifts 

Overtime is regulary available and is paid at one and half time.
