Production Operative needed! Immediate start in Kimbolton - PE28 0NJ, TEMP TO PERM!

We’re looking to hire an experienced Production Operative to work for our client on a temporary to permanent basis.

They are seeking a Production Operative with the ability to work to tight tolerances in order to meet the requirements of key clients and customers.

Key Accountability as a Production Operative:

• Be an active part of the department team
• Adhere to the companies and health and safety procedures
• Implement and undertake the quality procedures as laid down in our quality manual
• Complete any required training courses
• To maintain the minimal lead time to process orders
• To be proactive with the tasks in hand and give the appropriate feedback
• Run machinery at its most efficient setting
• Look after and maintain the equipment
• Health and Safety within your working department
• Process orders precisely and accurately
• Make sure the packing of product is adequate so it arrives to the customer undamaged
• Put product away correctly

Working Hours:

The shift patterns are subject to change; however they are likely to be as follows:

Monday - Thursday: 07:00am - 15:30pm
Friday - 07:00 am - 12:30pm
(overtime available)
08:00am start during the summer months
