Role: Product Development Assistant

Location: Sandy

Hours: Part time 3 days per week 9am - 5pm

Salary: £25,500

What will you be doing in the product development assistant role?

• Coordinating samples, raw material sourcing, and lab testing with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Assisting with nutritional data, ingredient declarations, and compliance with food labelling regulations.
• Maintaining detailed product specifications and technical documentation.
• Tracking project timelines and helping ensure key milestones are hit.
• Collaborating with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to support go-to-market plans.

What we would like from you:

• Experience in a product support, technical, or NPD admin role
• An interest in the health & wellness industry – especially sports nutrition or supplements.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confident using Excel.
• A good understanding of ingredients, labelling, and food safety is a bonus.
