Are you passionate about books and publishing?

 

OA are recruiting for a PA to join a high-profile global Publishing company, just a 10-minute walk from Kings Cross station.

This is an extremely varied role, providing high-caliber PA support to the Chief Executive and additional support to Board Directors globally.

What’s in it for you?

Main Duties:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and events
  • Coordinating UK & International travel arrangements for the board
  • Handling entertainment, hotel and restaurant bookings for the Chief Executive and Board
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, arranging catering, meeting rooms and IT set up for meetings
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Coordinating monthly expense reporting, including Cash and Company Credit Cards
  • Handling all correspondence for the Chief Executive and screening telephone calls
  • Close communication with the US site on behalf of Chief Executive
  • Administrative support to the Chief Executive and Board, including liaising with internal departments, authors and agents, suppliers
  • Review and improve all PA systems and processes to support business

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a PA or EA role at a board level
  • Extensive Travel & Diary Management experience
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience working within a fast-paced commercial culture
  • A discreet, confidential and professional approach
