Part Time Receptionist - Immediate Start.

If so, Osborne Appointments are currently looking to recruit for a Receptionist to join a well-established client based in Welwyn Garden City, on a Part Time basis to start immediately. 

The client is within the Public Healthcare Sector and are currently looking a professional, friendly receptionist to cover holiday requests throughout the year! The ideal candidate will be looking for part time work and previous Receptionist experience. 

Working Hours: Monday 8am to 5pm & Fridays 8am to 7pm & various ad-hoc shifts during the week and weekend.

Full Training Provided

£10.50 an hour 

Free on-site parking Immediate Start

Receptionist - Key Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones and transfer calls in a professional and appropriate manner.
• Manage the reception area
• Help customers with directions
• Update the in-house system
• Manage the inbox
• Working within a Hospital & Clinic Environment

Receptionist - Skills & Experience:

• Have a positive and friendly attitude.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer Literate
• Flexibility with working hours
• Available immediately. 
• DBS check will be required
