If so Osborne Appointments are currently looking to recruit on behalf of our client based in Hinxworth, for an experienced HR Assistant to work on a Part Time basis, to support the HR Manager. 

Our client is looking for an experienced individual that is self-motivated, highly organised and experienced within HR. This position is a Temporary opportunity for the right candidate and our client is offering very flexible working hours on a part time basis. 

• Monday to Friday - 15 hours per week over 3 days 
• Must be available to start on Tuesday 22nd August
• On-site parking
• Temporary Maternity cover contract
• £13.00 per hour, paid weekly

Part Time HR Assistant – Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR Manager with the company HR function as a whole
• Responsible of updating all of staff data, disciplinary’s, company policies
• Administration of all staff records to include data entry on the HR database and filing
• Support and administration for company events, business functions, general office duties and more

Part Time HR Assistant  - Key Skills Required:

• Previous experience working with a HR/Administration position
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use own initiative 
• Highly organised
• Strong computer literate skills
• Due to this location you must be able to drive with your own vehicle
