We are a fast-paced recruitment agency and we are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join our close knit team!

You will be working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management team whilst managing a team.

You will be contributing to the business' growth and development, operational planning, diary management and much more!

What you'll get up to:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Liaise and advise key stakeholders
  • Management of 3 members of the team (Marketing, HR & Internal Recruitment)
  • Be the main point of contact for all operational related queries
  • Organise all events
  • Plan & organise all internal training
  • Order all stationery & equipment
  • Resolve all Power BI queries
  • Plan and co-ordinate operational projects
  • Research & procure merchandise items
  • Work closely with both the Senior Marketing Executive and Managers to ensure that all marketing activities are delivered on time
  • Arrange weekly marketing material to support marketing plan
  • Ad-hoc admin duties
  • Liaising and sourcing suppliers
  • Diary management

Systems:

  • Responsible for assisting with the implementation of new systems and software
  • Main contact for IT issues
