Location: Hertford

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Operations Coordinator to join our client’s successful team.

Operations Coordinator - About the business

Operations Coordinator - Main duties:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process and track orders, escalating delays as needed
• Manage stock purchasing and control
• Communicate with UK and international stakeholders
• Prepare shipment documentation and invoices
• Monitor shipments and update customers
• Maintain accurate company records
  
  

Operations Coordinator - What we need from you:

• Working knowledge of physical products/parts (industry experience such Engineering or Manufacturing)
• Export or international trade knowledge is advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management
• Team player with initiative
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
