Pay Rate: £18.17 per hour
Shift Pattern: Continental shifts (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00) - Every other weekend off
Temporary contract with potential for extension

Your Responsibilities

As an Operations Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting production and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Duties include:

  • Carrying out dispensing and manufacturing activities
  • Maintaining quality and production standards
  • Following GMP, ISO, QRS and Health & Safety procedures
  • Accurately recording production data and documentation
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring effective communication during shift handovers
  • Contributing to a safe, efficient and productive working environment

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and SOPs
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic Excel and data-entry skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required

Desirable:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience
  • Experience working within a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of GMP or quality-controlled processes
