OA are recruiting for an Office Manager & Administrator to join our Property Construction company in their Poplar development.

Job Title: Office Manager & Administrator

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Hours of work: 09:00 – 17:00 (some flexibility)

Location of Work: Poplar, E14

Travel: Parking on site/closest station is Canning Town which is a approx. 12min walk

Main Duties:

  • Provide Administrative support to the team
  • Office management duties, including welcoming external visitors, handling incoming calls, ordering office supplies, managing and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Processing contract documents, including printing/binding/issuing
  • Processing invoices, raising Purchase Orders
  • Organising Team Networking events
  • Liaising with external consultants and contractors
  • Supporting Head Office with training requirements for site-based team

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong IT Skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Well-organised with fantastic time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, internally and externally
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an Administrative or Office Management role
  • Experience in the Construction/Property Development industry is advantageous
