Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Nights Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a 6 Month fix term contract.

Job Details 

  • Location: Hatfield
  • 6 Month fixed term contract
  • Salary: £24,700
  • Rotational NIGHT shift patterns, Any 5 days out of the 7 - 21:00 - 06:00, 22:00 - 07:00, 22:30 - 07:30
  • Any 5 days out of the 7
  • Full training provided – You will need to be available in the day for 4 weeks for the training programme

Nights Customer Service Administrator - Main Duties

  • Outbound calls to carriers, booking in transportation
  • Managing shipment orders end to end
  • Building strong relationships and provide support to carriers and shippers to execute day to day loads
  • Checking documentation and proof of deliveries
  • Provide feedback and ideas for product and process improvement
  • Support the training and on boarding of new colleagues in a rapidly growing team

Nights Customer Service Administrator - Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Transport & Logistics environment
  • Pervious customer service/office role
  • Confident telephone manner, including outbound calls
  • Passion for Customer Service
  • Quick problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding communications, written and verbal
  • Desire to adapt and develop with a growing business
