Marketing Executive.

If you answered yes then please do get in touch as I am looking for a marketing and communications exec to join a small friendly team in St Neots on a 12 month fixed term contract for maternity cover.

Key responsibilities for the marketing and communications exec include:

• Assisting with external exhibitions, events and roadshows

• Working closely day-to-day with external agency - proofing creative, press releases/ features and editorial content, display adverts, photography and any other requirements

• Company literature & brochures

• Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders

• Manage media schedule, bookings and invoicing

• Maintaining and utilising CRM System

• Produce email newsletters (internal and external)

• Support sales teams and other departments with creative collateral

• Supporting the Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant with day to day tasks

Skills and experience required

Experience Required:

• 2-3 years marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment

• Excellent listening, written, verbal and presentation communication skills with an eye for creativity

• Experience of managing shows and exhibitions

• Working knowledge of communications tools and platforms such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator / InDesign) social media channels (Hootsuite)

• Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
