OA are working with a client based in Priory Business Park, Bedford who are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join their team.

Job Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 8.45am – 5.00pm (1hour lunch)
• Office based role
• Permanent
• £22,000 per annum

Roles and responsibilities for Marketing Administrator:

• Upkeeping and developing local UK website and social media presence (alongside head office).
• Follow, Co-ordinate, monitor and report the use of the company brand.
• Assisting in creating/checking/sending newsletters to mailing list.
• General Administrative duties such as answering and forwarding calls to correct departments, Recording and checking staff holiday and sickness records, booking hotels, flights, taxis etc to support the sales team, Attending to visitors.

Requirements:

• Some form of marketing experience is required
• Team player
• Salesforce experience (desirable)
• Excel Knowledge (Required)
• Confident telephone manner
• General Administrative experience required
