The right candidate will have:

• Technical skills and business acumen to support the development of technology and capability changes
• Ability to develop positive relationships and work effectively with key stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering business requirements, business process design and functional design of IT enabled change projects.
• Knowledge of systems and business processes
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A tenacious approach with focus and determination to get the job done effectively.
• Ability to work under own initiative.
• Ability to develop positive relationships and work effectively with key stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills on the fly when required.

The role:

•             Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping,       diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow

•             Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements

•             Manage the set-up and configuration of systems

•             Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process

•             Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications.

•             Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed

•             Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms

•             Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs

•             Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance

Requirements:

• A degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent
• 4-6 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
• A proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Strong technical skills in systems such as SAP or SAP BW or similar tools
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills
• ITIL Certified.
• Able to multitask multiple complex projects and highly complex day to day network wide issues
• Good organisational skills.
