An exciting  opportunity has risen for an Internal Recruiter to join our client’s successful team in Hemel Hempstead.

Role summary:

I am seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter  to lead the recruitment and staffing efforts for the picking/packing warehouse operatives and filling line operatives. You  will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and hiring qualified individuals to maintain the workforce for continuous, efficient operations.

What we would like from you:

  • Ideally proven experience as an internal recruiter, or similar role, preferably within a warehousing or manufacturing environment.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Proficient in the use of HR and recruitment software (ATS, HRIS, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.
  • CIPD qualification or similar is advantageous
