Role: HR Specialist - Employee Relations
Location: Milton Keynes, MK17
Hours: Full time Monday -Friday 08:30-17:00
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Specialist – Employee Relations to join my client, you will be responsible for all employee relation topics, documentation, processes and practices to see regional and local compliance is met and a healthy working environment is maintained.
About the client?
My client is a global fashion and design company, with over 4,000 stores in more than 70 markets and online sales in 60 markets. This role is based within Logistics , Logistics is responsible for making my client’s fashion grow in a sustainable, qualitative and effective way.
In Autumn 2019 my client opened the group’s first OMNI channel Logistics Centre in Milton Keynes – the centre employs over 1,000 ambitious, committed and motivated colleagues who share the company values and take responsibility for all the daily distribution and Logistics operation for the UK/IE online and over 250 stores

About the role:
Reporting into the HR Manager you will support, advise, instruct, train and coach management on ER company policies, procedures and relevant local labour law and regulations, providing updates as and when changes are made with effective delivery of material.
You will have a strong background in Employee Relations & will be well versed in dealing with performance concerns, providing regular HR information to managers together with recommended HR actions and timescales to improve quality and/or effectiveness of people management.
