HR Coordinator role is waiting for a passionate, dynamic professional!

Are you passionate about driving HR excellence within a diverse and inclusive environment?

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client’s team as a HR Coordinator, responsible for implementing and maintaining HR administrative routines in alignment with regional and local strategies, policies, and guidelines.

HR Coordinator will:
- Establish robust administrative routines to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist the HR team in recruiting, interviewing, and screening processes.
- Support recruitment efforts by placing ads, managing online administration, and fostering strong relationships with external agency partners.
- Manage and input employee information into the local system, handling new hire documentation and status changes.
- Ensure accurate recording of worked hours, absences, and vacation days in the local time and attendance system while liaising with the Payroll department.
- Collaborate with the management team to track and report employee attendance and lateness, maintaining fairness and consistency.
- Aid in ER administration and ensure compliance with documentation and working permits.
- Support HR with necessary union documentation and coordinate special HR initiatives, projects, and programs.

The right candidate will have:
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge about local working guidelines, policies and regulations
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and internal reporting/administrative platforms.
- Agile mindset with a positive attitude towards change and growth.
- Inclusivity, empathy, and a dedication to diversity.

What we expect:
- CIPD qualification desirable (not essential)
- Experience in HR administration,
- Eagerness for career progression.

Salary: £23,000-£28,000

Working schedule:
2 in 3 Mondays: 5:00 - 12:30
Rest of the week shifts will rotate weekly: 06:00 – 14:30/08:00 – 16:30/09:00 – 17:30
Weekends: 1 in 3 weekends working
