If so, Osborne appointment are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based near Baldock, that are currently seeking a Part Time HR Assistant to join the business.

Our client is looking for a candidate that has a great work ethic to get involved with a variety of differents tasks, as well as providing PA duties for the Directors. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a growing business, that have a great work culture and provide flexability on working hours. 

• Part Time, 15 hours a week
• £13.00 an hour (FTE £25,350)

HR Assistant – Duties

• Administration of all staff records to include data entry on the HR database and filing
• Support and administration for projects
• Provide support to the HR Manager for employee relation issues
• Administration for new starters and leavers
• General office duties
• Manage sensitive and confidential information
• Support and administration for a variety business functions such as mobile phones, company vehicles, insurances, workwear etc
• Support and administration for company events
• Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the HR Manager or a Director 

HR Assistant - Skills and Experience

• Some previous HR experience required
• Word and Excel experience essential
• Warm and approachable manner
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Organised
• Flexible, can-do approach
• Must like dogs
