Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Part Time HR Administrator to join our team based in Bedford on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have basic HR knowledge, strong systems experience, and the ability to work independently.


  • Assist with HR administrative tasks and processes.
  • Handle documentation, data entry, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide support in various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Utilize HR systems effectively for data management and reporting.


  • Basic HR knowledge is essential.
  • Strong experience with HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


The position is part-time, with the preferred schedule being 5 mornings per week. The total duration of the position is expected to be 6-8 weeks.


£12 - £15 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
