If so, OA are recruiting on behalf of our client in Welwyn Garden City, that are currently looking to recruit an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator to join team!

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator within a helpdesk or facilities background, on a Temporary to Permanent basis. You will be joining a very busy working environment, as well as providing support in other areas of the business.

  • Monday to Friday - Shift Rotation (8am to 4.30pm / 9am to 5.30pm) - 37 hours a week
  • £12.99 an hour, weekly pay
  • Immediate Start Date
  • Temporary to Permanent opportunity
  • On-site parking

Helpdesk Coordinator – Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for helpdesk assistance in person, via phone and electronically
  • Coordinate maintenance operatives and contractors
  • Research all helpdesk requests
  • Advise helpdesk callers on appropriate actions
  • Log all helpdesk interactions
  • Raising and processing purchase orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Providing cover for Reception

Helpdesk Coordinator - Key Skills Required:

  • Previous experience working within a helpdesk or facilities department
  • Strong administration background.
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work under pressure
