Financial Controller.

Role: Financial Controller

Location: Stevenage

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm

Salary: Up to £60,000

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Financial Controller to join our client’s successful team due to growth. Working alongside the Senior Leadership team, this is an integral role within the business, where you can really make an impact.

Main Duties:

• Managing the daily accounting functions of multiple divisions
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting on company performance
• Completing month end accounting processes
• Producing individual monthly P&L accounts for multiple divisions of the group
• Consolidating P&L accounts into group reporting for the board of Directors
• Commentary on monthly results
• Responsible for producing annual forecasts and comparing actual results on a month to month basis
• Creating in depth, advanced reports in Excel for analysing company performance
• Using Excel to analysis large volumes of data
• Managing a team of 2

Previous Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Financial controller, or within a Finance role, including P&L, analysing data from in-depth reports and driving positive change
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge with use of V-Lookups, Pivot Tables & formulas
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
