Facilities.

Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Facilities operative on behalf of our client, based in Welwyn Garden City on a Temporary basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30

Main Duties:

Keeping the grounds clean

Use of lawnmowers & Strimmers

Basic electrical knowledge of three core wiring (Be able to wire a light fitting)

Putting up shelves

Using hand drill to fix chipboard panels to racking

Lay single course bricks

General maintenance

Ordering cleaning supplies 

Painting, moving furniture 

Clear car park of leaves 

Person Specification:

Previous experience using lawnmowers & power tools  

Good attention to detail

Able to work at a fast pace

Some heavy lifting will be involved
