Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Facilities Operative on behalf of our client, based in Welwyn Garden City.

Working Hours of a Facilities Operative: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30

 .

Main duties of a facilities operative:

• Kepeping the grounds clean with use of lawnmovers and strimmers
• Putting up shelves, painting and general maintence
• Usuing a hand drill to fix chipboard panels to racking
• Ordering cleaning materials

Personal specification of a facilities operative:

• Candidates must have good computer knowledge
• Preious experience usuing power tools and lawnmowers
• Some heavy lifting may be required
• Basic electrical knowledge of three core wiring and the ability to wire a light fitting
• Candidates must be able to work at a fast pace
