Depot Manager.

Role: Depot Manager

Location: Exeter 

Hours: 40 hour week 

Salary: £35,000-£40,000

• Ensure the health and safety of all staff, contractors and visitors to site
• Recruiting (of direct-reporting staff)
• Managing information or general administration support
• Evaluation and decision-making
• Depot Financial budgeting and control
• Quality control
• To motivate and encourage excellence within staff
• Ensure that depot checks and warehouse stock checks are conducted in accordance with procedures
• Ensure all employees comply with the company’s written procedures, processes and instructions

What we would like from you:

• Previous experience looking after a large team 
• CPC National (Not essential)
• Management experience – basic knowledge of employment law and HR processes
• Excellent communicator
• Leadership skills to own and run the depot and motivate and ensure staff engagement
