Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Do you have experience working in a customer service role?

Do you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoy speaking with customers over the phone?

If so, OA are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our lovely client in Royston.

Customer Service Executive – Benefits:

Customer Service Executive – Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and forwarding where appropriate
  • Managing inbound emails
  • Processing customer’s orders on the Sage accounts system
  • Preparation of all information required for production
  • Logistics management including international freight
  • Answering price enquiries and providing quotations as necessary
  • General office administrative tasks and ordering of consumables etc.

Customer Service Executive – Key Skills Attributes:

  • Proficient in Microsoft apps
  • Experience with Sage accounts would be advantageous but not essential
  • Confident in speaking to customers via telephone
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Must have some commercial experience
  • Willing to learn and work well within the team
  • Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Take control of situations and be proactive
